Alternative to Consultants

Considering how much the guys in OKC have to do, I can't imagine that would be a good move. Honestly, I don't know how they manage to do what they do. They have two directional AM stations, a sports-talk that is out of their studio more than in, at least one sports network (OKC Thunder), and about 5-7 sticks, depending on how they are counted. They are the most overworked eng. department in the metro IMHO. Others are pretty overloaded, but again I just don't know how they even manage with what they have.
