99.9 The Hawk

Last night my parents had a bon fire and I was there along with my two brothers, aunt, uncle, two cousins, and my one cousin's boyfriend. My father had his truck parked near the area of the bon fire and I suggested that he turns on 999 The Hawk on his radio (since there were no close outlets for the boom box). I wasn't sure if it came in, but luckily it did. He wanted to put on the local classic rock station (which is boring and stale), but I told him to give the Hawk a chance and everyone ended up enjoying the station a lot. Even though I hear from other posters on how dry it sounds, it is sure better than our local classic rock station WNNJ. The Hawk it a good station to have on during get togethers.

Just thought I'd tell this story on WODE gaining a few extra listeners!<P ID="signature">______________
