Your guess on WGCL is somewhat close. You could always post that question on the Cleveland board. I know there are a couple of people who post on there who would probably be able to tell you, not only the exact date, but time, last song played as G98, and first song played as a classic rocker LOL.
As far as 'MMS, weren't they considered "Rock-40" back then?? Memory just a tad fuzzy lol
