I am hearing a pirate north of the perimeter up and down I75. 103.7 Mono. It has some sort of carribean programming. Any ideas where this is coming from?

YES, I have heard
it at my house
in Virginia Highlands.
It has seemed more powerful lately too.

Reggae? What a waste. Put Imus back on so I can hear him again...

I was staying at a hotel in Smyrna last night, and I happened to catch it as well. However, I heard two guys debating something in Spanish.

There is an LPFM on 103.7 licensed to Marietta, but it's owned by the people who own J93. However, I don't think this is it.

I think it was French tonight at 9pm. How appropriate...a Caribbean pirate.

This French pirate shows up every 6 months at a different dial setting. I remember listening when it was at 87.7 back in January 2005 (if I remember correctly)?. It was around the middle of the dial last summer. Now it's on 103.7. This person also changes locations each time. I'm guessing it is the same person? Bulldog hasn't moved yet.

I wish J-93.3 would build their 98.9 translator at Sugar Hill soon. North Gwinnett needs it. Has it been approved yet?<P ID="signature">______________

Want Reggae? Tune into 98.9FM if you are East of Atlanta especially on weekends and weeknights. "BLAZIN 98.9"

I heard the broadcast today....very clear in Douglasville - even in the low spots! They must be operating from a tall, downtown building with 100 watts or more.
Sounds like French ethnic.....they were taking phone calls this afternoon.

I tuned in Tuesday night. Not sure what the language was, but I listened to it from the Emory area all the way to Roswell. Never clear, but it was pretty listenable until I crossed the river and it got pretty weak. They must have some serious height and/or wattage. I say more power to them!!! I am all for stations like this. If they take just one listener, one dollar away from the likes of Clear Channel etc, then they have done a public service.
