It's a great add for a national operator like EMF. You know they've done the math and it works for them.
As far as an independent operation, that would require a business plan...or at least a way to pay for the acquisition and ongoing operating costs...it's more than just the $75k! Not saying it would not be a good deal, but there's more to it than just the $75k.

$70k gets you the keys, everything else is extra indeed! Easy to overlook the obvious for sure as far as expenses are concerned in addition to the base price...
