Patti Vasquez ousted from WGN Radio

Robert Feder has posted just shortly again that Patti Vasquez has been ousted from WGN radio as a late night host after a 5 year run, https://www.robertfeder.com/2019/06/17/ousted-wgn-radio-patti-vasquez-run-state-senate/ , and she announced her plan to run for state senate. There inso word what brought this one, but it sounds like form an insider that was not in good with management , as she had been suspended twice as he points out in the article. For the hosts that will be on this week starting at 10 PM or 11 PM as White Sox have 2 days off as they are playing a 2 game series at Wrigley Field, and they are off today and Thursday, so one those nights a host will be on for 2 hours provided if the White Sox are done by 11 PM. But here is the schedule for this week https://wgnradio.com/on-air/schedule/upcoming-schedule/ . But the listed hosts for this week are Pete McMuarry, Amy Guth, and Hannah Stanley. Pete and Amny will be hosting 2 nights this week, while Hannah will be on Friday night.
 
I thought she was an awful host with an annoying voice and personality and I thought she used her disabled son as a "topic crutch" way too often.
 
Patti Vasquez and WGN Radio

So now we know why WGM Radio decided to fire Patti Vasquez, it was the accidental F mom that happened during this past Friday's show https://www.robertfeder.com/2019/06...ions-f-bomb-led-wgn-radio-fire-patti-vasquez/ , and it happened during or Roger Badesch's newscast, as one of the microphones was turned out during one of his news cast, where one of the voices said it, which lead or Roger Badesch two say "Guys, your microphones are on in there, I do believe. Can we turn those microphones off?” But Patti Vaquez quickly announced her run for Illinois State Senate.. While there is still no word on who will be the replacement for her time slot, again WGN radio will be using various WGN talent as hosts this week, next week who knows.
