WPXI-TV news director Suzanne Nadell takes post at WSB-TV

11 Alive has always been my least favorite local news source. I hope that STYLE doesn't move over to WSB.
 
When an anchor, a producer, a reporter, a meteorologist etc leaves a station the station's management always dummies up and tells the papers 'We don't comment on personnel matters.'

Why, then, do stations kick on the horns and sirens and issue press releases any time one of the above individuals is hired? Isn't that commenting on a personnel matter?
