    Unless HD MA3 is allowed to be used by itself as some are trying on AM, I’d say you’d want all 3 methods.

    Any radio with Bluetooth should be fine.

    Any HD radio will decode MA3 as well. No other digital mode other than AM/FM IBOC HD is legal
