KZKE is back on the air. The signal here in Prescott, AZ is much improved.

KZKE 103.3 Seligman has been off the air since mid August.
Contacting the station reveals they will continue dark until
new parts arrive and are installed. They will contact me
when they are up and running again.

Looks like they never filed with the FCC for a silent authorization.
you only have to notify after 10 days... and ask for permission to remain silent after 30 days
