Streaming (audio) Content Broadcast on (terrestrial) Radio

Setting aside the rights issue, how about a new concept in radio content:

A different music format each day of the week, with content supplied by
(maybe more than one) Streaming (audio) service.

(some scheme would be needed to insert local ads into the broadcast
of the streamed content)

There's nothing unique about these streaming services. All radio stations have access to the same songs. It's just a matter of programming them in a certain order. Streaming services can be personalized to individuals. That isn't the way one programs a radio station. But then you have the legal issue that Pandora, Spotify, Amazon, and Apple are all trademarked services, and a radio station could be sued for using one of those services as a content provider. In fact I believe their terms of service are very specific about that, and they can only be used for personal use of the subscriber.
