Alpha Media got KEYU-FM from Gray Television

Alpha Media has agreed to acquire 100kW Spanish KEYU-FM (102.9)/Amarillo, TX from Atlanta-based Gray Television. Terms were not immmediately disclosed. A contract has been signed and an application is being filed with the FCC for the transfer. The buyer, Alpha Media, is an Oregon-based company headed by Bob Proffitt. Alpha Media also owns News KGNC-AM, Country KGNC-FM and Classic Hits KXGL-FM (100.9 The Eagle) in Amarillo.
