    Cumulus SF Exit Plan

Inside Radio today quotes a broker with "connections to the company" who says every top 15 market cluster owned by Cumulus, except Dallas, is on the block.

I am betting EMF is very excited to see this.
I got out of the business before it sucked the life out of me.
Now I just play radio online at www.allthebestoldies.com.

I don't really think EMF needs anymore stations

There are still ten or so top 50 markets that EMF is not in, and many smaller markets where they can upgrade from translators, Class A facilities or rimshot facilities.

I just read on RadioDiscussions the other day, that, after several station sales close on June 1st that K-Love will air in 49 of the top 50 markets. I didn't personally verify its accuracy, but I certainly can't think of any other large markets which are missing K-Love.

"Its music what makes a radio station, and at Live FM, we play the last music around."
After receiving that copy, I quit the VO industry.

Houston being one of the K-Love-free top 50 markets, as they've so far left KSBJ alone
