Pennsylvania Rock Radio

Yeah they are. At some point they transitioned from a mainstream rock station into straight classic rock, even if they don't identify as "Classic Rock" in their imaging. They played zero currents or recurrents last week. They DO stretch into the early 2000's with some RHCP and Nickelback, but that's about it.
 
Speaking of Harrisburg and Pittsburgh since the x and Alt 99.3 are both owned by Iheart WDVE and WRVV became classic rock stations as well
