Chicago ............. WLIT (iHeart) #4
San Francisco ..... KISQ (iHeart) #4

Miami ............... WFEZ (Cox) #1
Seattle .............. KSWD (Entercom) #10 tie
Detroit .............. WDZH (Entercom) #14

Tampa .............. WDUV (Cox) #1
Sacramento ....... KBEB (iHeart) #12
Jacksonville ....... WEZI (Cox) #8

Jacksonville's station shouldn't be on this list. Someone told me about it. There's nothing soft about it, I don't care what definition you try to use.

I checked WDUV and WFEZ just in case, and they actually qualify as soft. Okay, "What about Love" and "Into the Groove" on WDUV and "Eye of the Tiger" and "Don't You Want Me" on WFEZ don't quite fit the definition but everything else is at least close to being soft.
