KCRW Berlin

I just learned the interesting history of 104.1 FM in post world-war two Berlin, Germany.
After the end of the war, they became VOA German and remained such until April, 2006.
NPR Berlin was then granted the license and operated between the following day and October 14, 2017.
KCRW Berlin has operated on that frequency from October 15, 2017 and continues to do so.
The Los Angeles NPR affiliate actually runs a branch in Berlin, Germany which is funded by English-speaking listeners.
