WPXH changing COL from Gadsden to Hoover

Does the change of COL mean that they will move their broadcast tower closer to Birmingham? My indoor OTA antenna can't pick them up at all. (Not that I'm really missing a whole lot, I think). Aside from spotty reception from WBIQ, I get all of the Birmingham full power signals with no problem in Shelby County.

I've got to admit that I'm a little leery about what will happen to WVTM when it moves from 13 to 7.

As far as I know, the station will remain where it is, it's strictly a city of license change...

They have a construction permit to move to Red Mountain.
