Okay, So This Reggie B Guy is Really Reggie Beas

RoddyFreeman

Walk of Fame Participant
About a year and a half ago, a new jock joined Star 94-1 for weekends. He started his show by saying, or so I thought, "Reggie B's on Star 94-1." Recently, I was listening to B98.5 on a Saturday and heard, or so I thought, "Reggie B's on B98.5." Then, I listened to Kiss 104.1 in afternoon drive and heard, "Reggie B's on Kiss 104.1."

The thing I noticed most about this person is he has the unusual talent of sounding really good in multiple formats. So I wondered, "Who is this guy?"

Well, I did a little Internet research and realized he wasn't saying, "Reggie B's on B98.5" (as in Reggie B *is* on B98.5). He was saying Reggie Beas on B98.5. This seems to be the guy: https://www.linkedin.com/in/djreggiebeas/

I don't know if he's permanent in afternoons on Kiss. Sasha left the station, and it has a new PD. I wouldn't call Mr. Beas one of the country's exceptional talents, but he's very effective and has a pleasant demeanor, and I enjoy listening to him.
