Raycom- Gray merger.

Sinclair got greedy and owns WEAR in Pensacola & WPMI in Mobile... One of those stations need to be in Raycom (Now Gray's) hands.

That's not exactly right. Sinclair owns WEAR and WFGX. Deerfield Media owns WPMI and WJTC, but they're LMA'd out to Sinclair in a grandfathered deal.

I think it'd be great if Graycom (my name for the merged company) got WPMI and WJTC but it'll never happen, Sinclair is, as you said, greedy.
