93.1 WPOC HD3 is "The Breeze"

Part of the iheartradio nationwide trend of putting soft AC "The Breeze" on some HD channels. Nice to have soft AC on the dial again, even if it is HD Radio.
 
I wonder if this means a potential main FM signal, not on WPOC obviously, but perhaps a weaker billing station. Since the breeze is iHeart, 106.5 couldn't take it, but it would fit there. I believe in detroit the breeze first started on HD2 then went main FM signal.
