So play that all the way out. They can make almost as much by selling Power and WDAS as package without Real 106.1. And if they think they can add to the cluster's overall revenue by selling 106.1 The Breeze to a different clientele, why not try to do so?

I'm sure it's easier to sell to second AC (and to get more for each sale) than it is to sell a sixth Urban.
 
And Cleveland could lend us their football team. Just kidding, they can keep the Browns but I'd take their draft pick
