They're licensed to Lawrence and broadcast from Peabody. Fall River is at the far end of their signal.
Similarly, there's a translator at 103.7 in Boston. The map for the Westerly station at 103.7 shows the very fringe of their
signal stops just short of Boston. No protection, and some southwest of Boston like in Norwood or Randolph could well
get mixed stations between WEEI's RI home and the religious station on 103.7 in Boston (renew FM)
Thanks for the clarification. I suppose any areas where there might be a signal conflict would be within WVEI's coverage area anyway, so no real reason to keep the radio on 93.7 if you start hearing Portuguese-language programming instead of sports talk in English. Finding it, though, would require some band scanning for folks from the Boston area driving through who are unaware of WVEI's existence -- providing they just don't punch up 98.5 and listen to the strong signal of WBZ-FM instead.
