WCF0-AM/Atlanta Sold to Atlanta Catholic Radio

Atlanta Catholic Radio, Inc. has closed its acquisition of WCFO-AM East Point (Atlanta), Georgia from JW Broadcasting, Inc. WCFO is a 50 KW daytime directional signal at 1160 MHz. Atlanta Catholic Radio, Inc. has no other broadcast interests. JW Broadcasting, headed by Joe Weber, also owns one other metro Atlanta signal, WMLB (AM), licensed to Avondale Estates.

The station was previously owned by JW Broacasting

I wonder what happened to the 92.5 translator that was attached to 1160 according to radio-locator:

    https://radio-locator.com/info/WCFO-AM

The bill of sale on the FCC site states $500,000 for station and $250,000 for land but I couldn’t find any mention of the translator in the first 10 pages:

    https://licensing.fcc.gov/cdbs/CDBS_...um=1&exhcnum=1

The last filing for the translator was 2016
    https://licensing.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws...lity_id=139418

which was a modification of the construction permit. I thought once a translator was “married” to an AM it had to stay for a couple of years.
