He's been absent from his shift since mid-June...
CBS was covering his shift on a day by day basis with the usual suspects - Pam Coulter, Sam Litzinger, Bill Rehkopf, Jim Taylor, Gary Nunn for most of the summer.
A few weeks ago they slid Jim Chenevey up from overnights to cover ... at this point I figured he must be very ill because they were looking for a longer term fill in.
