NIST FY 2019 budget would shut down WWV, WWVB, WWVH

Funding for WWV and WWVH would be cut under the White House's National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) budget for Fiscal Year 2019. The Atomic Clock signal from WWVB—used to synchronize clocks and watches—would also be eliminated. Please see the articles below:

As I said in the other thread, the WH doesn't actually appropriate money. That's the job of Congress. Last year, the WH wanted to defund a bunch of things that Congress reversed.
