Active Rock/AOR categories

Whats a good starting point for Active Rock rotation categories and clocks? How many songs in each category, how many powers per hour, etc.. Any ideas?
 
Anyone have any suggestions? There's a lot of material on CHR rotations but none that I can find on rock rotations.
