Another xlator pops up

It’s like having an infestation of cockroaches. One permit denied, another pops up in its place. Does the fcc even care about what a joke this has become with permts that should never have been issued?

Maybe the old Latino Sports Radio?

Don’t give up on your speculating formats. You may hit the jackpot eventually.

Although 97.3 is where the short-lived Latino Sports Houston popped up last year, so not idle speculation. But LSH is most certainly dead.
Thank you, it wasn’t a speculation, I was referring to 97.3 being the same 97.3 where Latino was.

The 97.3 translator is off Thursday evening. However it was on during my Thursday morning commute, and I discovered it was simulcasting the Vietnamese language programming on 98.7. Probably in testing mode, so anyone's guess what the final programming will be.

The 97.3 translator remains off as of Saturday morning, so obviously we were hearing a transmitter test. Signal seemed less than 200 watts given my distance, but the directional pattern does not favor my location.
