What if WCAX-TV had a low power Fox translator in North Hero, VT?

We all know that WCAX has a low power station in Rutland, Vermont known as W20CS-D, which serves Rural Vermont.
But what if WCAX signed on a low power station in North Hero, VT in 1994 known as W21TR, after CBS began carrying a secondary
Fox affiliation for Fox Sports telecasts, while W21TR carried the full network lineup. That translator's schedule could've been different
a lot then, like they've would've removed all the CBS programs on that channel and replaced them with Fox during primetime hours, plus in place
of the CBS Morning News hour and CBS This Morning would be the syndicated cartoons simulcasted from Foxnet and the Fox Kids weekday morning block, and in place of the CBS soap operas, would be syndicated programs simulcasted from Foxnet and the Fox Kids weekday afternoon block. But then in 1997, when WFFF-TV Fox 44 signed on in downtown Burlington, Vermont, WCAX disaffiliated from Fox, and W21TR could have switched to simulcasting it's parent station. Here are some examples of those TV schedules during WCAX's secondary Fox affiliaton era (1994-1997) to show you what I mean:
