Wow, you are right. Next day John Low applied to move his KIKO AM translator at 102.9 (8 watts) to 99.1 (250 watts) in the same area as KFXY. Same format too (Classic Country). John Low is getting the last laugh. Makes you wonder if this was the plan from the beginning.
