After being put on and kept in the same family for 29 years, the owners have finally decided to retire.

Locally programmed and locally engaged. Not sure if buyers (Mid-West) will turn it into a simulcast of one of their Rockford properties or what. But how ever you look at it, a localized media generation will end sometime in August and fall to multi-market corporate owners.
