Chris Hardwick accused of Rape and Domestic Violence by a ex girlfriend

Man. (Wait, can I even use that word on here?) Let me make sure I understand. TeaPartyDude - you did not like Chris Hardwick prior to this accusation? Why? (Serious question.) I don't watch this show, or pay one bit of attention to any of it or this guy. But, how do you justify a person being brought up on charges, then (I guess) cleared to the point that he is allowed back on the show, then still guilty in your eyes or the public? Have we lost our total minds? Guilty til proven innocent, therefore guilty?
Maybe I am not following this correctly?

The staff who had to work with this guy know what happened and they know what he is like. They have chosen to leave rather than work with this fiend. It is the courageous among us who sacrifice their livelihood to do the right thing.
