I'm not aware of the innerworkings of WABE, but from a listening perspective, Amy Kiley certainly was good enough for afternoon drive. The local person during that shift plays a small role in the whole scheme of things; the focus is on the network programs.
The WABE host who grates on me is Elizabeth Eads in middays.
