Jackson media personality and community activist Conrad DeLaney died Tuesday night 6/5/18 from a massive heart attack while vacationing in Gatlinburg with his wife, Ann. DeLaney was known for his morning radio show on WTNV 104.1 in Jackson back in the Clear Channel Radio days. He was also known for his work on the local Circles of Hope Telethon in Jackson to fight child abuse, and for emceeing and making people laugh with his stories and jokes. DeLaney was also a well-known gospel singer and speaker. He was 74.
