Informal objection filed on many pending translators

This is what happens when you have so many conflicting agendas over a very limited resource. The Congress passed a law creating LPFM. A few years later, the FCC came up with its AM rejuvenation plan. Both services are targeting small spaces between regularly licensed FM stations. The plaintiff says the translators are getting preference over LPFM applications. If so, then what happens to AM rejuvenation?

Agreed. Plus it is a moot point. The FCC will not hold them up. The only way is if legislators decided to. I dont see that happening.
