Is 95-3 KHYI Considered a Dallas Station?

KHYI still has an analog STL license, I believe the current audio chain is the new studio feeds the old studio via internet then the old studio feeds the transmitter via traditional STL links.

I feel like I still see an STL antenna on the KXEZ tower but I'm not sure if they are using the old links at either station anymore. Nor do I know if they still even have an "old" studio.
FWIW all radio terrestrial STL links are microwave, with some exceptions.

Using the Internet to feed programming is a bad idea if it's via lossy codecs such as MP3.
