What's coming to 92.3fm and 89.7fm

I see that the Beat is gone from 92.3fm as the deal between and iheart and Immanuel Broadcasting is over. I am assuming that since IBN was on the HD2 signal of 94.9 that was the payment to allow iheart to program 92.3fm. iheart does similar deals with EMF across the country. So what will IBN do with 92.3fm now that they cant feed it with their programming, who is the mystery company going to take over programming that signal. Is cumulus going to find a way to put 99x on 92.3fm or will the Joy FM find a way to program that frequency? i am curious. or will 92.3 start simulcasting an AM station.

Also the 89.7 translator has finally made it to air carrying Freedom Radio programming but they tend to find ways to sell translators so could we be seeing a change there as someone else will start programming it. I have also wondered if RTN will finally get an intown signal for the joy fm especially since the GA version now owns a non commercial 88.9 in Athens which can feed non com translators anywhere.

i see that Power 92.3 and 97.1 HD 3 is not on the air today. Plus is that a Spanish language format on 97.1 HD 4 because the sound quality is crap and i don't understand it well.
