Entercom and CBS before it never gave up "control" of KZDG. FCC rules require that positive control over the license be maintained by the licensee. The LMA to Cinemaya operated under the supervision of CBS and now Entercom.

I wanted to point out that the LMA to Cinemaya had ended and Entercom intends to use the AM to air overflow games in case of a scheduling conflict.
 
The RadioInsight story says "The “Radio Zindagi” programming will continue to air on Entercom’s 105.3 KITS-HD2", so what happens then to their excellent Classic Live 105 classics that was broadcasting there until now?

The HD2 went to Indie 105 about 3 years ago. That's gone now.
