WHOD and WBMH (Jackson Area) Is Back On

Just caught wind of it, a few minutes ago.

Smash Hits is still on 94.5 and Bama Classic Country is still on 106.1.

Someone needs to figure out a way to change WHOD's RDS PTY. It still says country. It hasn't been that in years! Last time I caught the signal down here in Baldwin County, it was still saying Dixie 94.5, too. :D

Somebody needs to figure out how to move one or both of those stations 25+ miles south. Profit.

We’ve had this discussion before - not very likely from a technical / cost perspective. Even if they could be moved closer to Mobile, you are still in an over-radioed market.
