New FM Translators For DFW AMs

Several new applications have been filed for FM translators in the Metroplex, a few of which I believe will most likely have problems getting on the air.

KKGM 1630 - 92.1 FM - Ft. Worth (KTFW Conflict)
KSKY 660 - 92.9 FM - Dallas
KKLF 1700 - 95.3 FM - Richardson (KHYI Conflict)
KHVN 970 - 95.3 FM - Ft. Worth (KHYI Conflict)
KBDT 1160 - 95.7 FM - Plano
KTXV 890 - 95.9 FM - Dallas (KFWR Conflict)

Despite marginal signal strength from KTFW, KFWR, and KHYI in most of these locations, I fully expect all broadcasters to file some sort of objection.

I think KSKY's is just formalizing a Special Temporary Authority that's been in effect for years. They were also on 95.5 simultaneously, but I haven't heard that one in a while.
