Mind you, I do not work for iHeart or any of its properties, but I've observed the following over the past two weeks:
- Mike King is back doing afternoon traffic on WBZ. When WBZ had switched to Radius in 2017, Mike stayed with TTN and did traffic afternoons on WRKO. Glad to have him back on WBZ!
- While Mike was doing afternoon traffic on WRKO, Nicole Davis replaced him on WBZ. When Mike was brought back, I got curious as to where Nicole landed. I heard her this week hosting the midday news on WBZ! Congratulations, Nicole!
- Jackie Murphy had been doing an admirable job of morning news on WRKO. Two weeks ago a male voice, Nick (can't make out his last name) took over, and Jackie was relegated to doing traffic. While Nick is doing well, I do hope that Jackie gets a choice spot soon.
