Issues with 95.5 signal?

As I was driving yesterday afternoon (around 5-6p), the 95.5 signal seemed to be super weak. Any time I came to as complete stop, the signal was completely gone.

Did anyone else notice this?
 
I noticed Power 96.1 going off air yesterday afternooon and coming back on the air with what sounded like a backup facility. The signal was weaker than before it went off air. I would’ve said 95.5 would have something to do with the TV repack but I believe there are no TV stations on their tower up in Chateau Elan. Now 96.1 is a possibility.
