Well it seems that WNWR is now full time simulcasting WUST from Washington, DC. They haven't ID'ed as WNWR Philadelphia at all today or anytime I checked during this past week. They have been airing the Voice of Eritrea (what a ratings beast!) So the question remains, why the hell would they bother to stay on with 250 watts at night for this? I can probably count on my 10 fingers how many listeners they have.
