Swick Broadcasting buying WFGA 106.7

Good Evening, I’m hearing Rumors That Angola based Swick Broadcasting is attempting to purchase WFGA 106.7 Hicksville, OH from Federated Media can anyone confirm?
 
As of Friday Afternoon 5/18 Swick Broadcasting has assumed control of WFGA 106.7 and has dropped ESPN Sports format and has started stunting with Barnyard and Construction Noises. As well as snippets of Classic Country songs from The 1950s-1990s.
 
FedMed has shed (alliteration!) a number of properties over the past couple years, including 106.7 and their Warsaw stations, and The Elkhart Truth.
