Long way to go on that plan. They want 40% and 4 seats on the board for $1.6 billion. That seems low to me, considering the new company will still have $5 bil of debt.

It would give Liberty a stake in Sirius, Pandora, and iHeart. Plus their own cable business. And some call iHeart alone a monopoly.
