Calling a lawyer isn't going to change anything...he is the go between... Takes the clients word and files the paperwork to the best of his ability...but in the end, it falls on the licensee...no one else

You are absolutely right, but most of the lawyers want you to call them if you want to ask something to there clients, I just want things to be clarified, in the end the owner of the license is responsable.
 
I had a chat with Johnny Le of the Dallas FCC about the translator last week... It is being investigated soon..hopefully a NAL will be issued for its crappy operation..also 94.1 and others will be looked at.
