You are absolutely right, but most of the lawyers want you to call them if you want to ask something to there clients, I just want things to be clarified, in the end the owner of the license is responsable.
I had a chat with Johnny Le of the Dallas FCC about the translator last week... It is being investigated soon..hopefully a NAL will be issued for its crappy operation..also 94.1 and others will be looked at.
