Note for Denver area audiences he was known for a misconduct scandal. It will be interesting to see how the GM and PD of the Delta Mississippi justify this move. I can see Taylor Swift Fans going after the GM and PD though as backlash given the situation we are in now. The PD better pay David Muellers Psychological treatment issues and the fallout of the Taylor Swift lawsuit. Also Delta Radio better call on consultants though for reforms.


Mueller will go by the on-air name of Stonewall Jackson as part of the "Jackson & Jonbob" morning show. He has also been named marketing consultant.

“I was roundly criticized in a Facebook group for offering Mueller a job, but regardless of what he may or may not have done, does he really deserve to be banned from radio for life?” Delta Radio president and CEO Larry Fuss said. “He has lots of talent and will sound great on Kix 92.7.”

Mueller famously filed a $3 million lawsuit against Swift, saying her claims that he groped her at a backstage meet-and-greet in 2013 led to him being fired from his job at KYGO. A judge dismissed that case and ruled in favor of Swift’s countersuit, in which she asked for only $1 in damage
