Anyone know what is doing with them?

coax was cut by a grounds crew apparently, its back on
How much RF power would be dangerous @ 50 ohms?
The standard 117v wall voltage would be achieved with 274 watts.
I once touched the base of a kilowatt station and felt nothing,
but it was short, so the impedance and voltage would have both been less
