AM Stations Switch to Night Pattern

I forgot what website that besides the FCC site that has the time when AM Stations has to switch to Night Pattern

I haven't seen such a site. In any case, the definitive authority for day/night mode changes would be the station's license.

I'd stay with the FCC site.
 
Look up the city of license and find the time of sunset on the 15th of the month. FCC sunset will be the at the closest quarter hour.
