Classic Rock Sebring/Sarasota Markets

88.9 Miracle

Thoughts? Would a local Classic Rock/AOR in this market be accepted, do well in terms of sales and sustainability? Listeners. With a retired population, just wondering.
 
Classic Rock Z-105 (at 105.1/105.9) already serves Sarasota (and does OK).

There is also WXTB (Rock) and 107.3 The Eagle (Classic Rock- leaning Classic Hits) in the Tampa Area that cover Sarasota.

None of these reach Sebring reliably, though.
