Entravision flipped "Jose 97.5/103.1" to Regional Mexican "La Tricolor" this morning. The curtain has also come down on the Spanish Adult Hits format across the board on Entravision stations in other cities. The company will now focus strictly on the first mentioned format; Current songs with 'Tricolor' and oldies with 'Suavecita' (107.1 in LA)
 
It's likely a move to capture some younger listeners with the Regional Mexican format on a bigger pair of sticks. The Alex "El Genio" Lucas morning show was also moved to 107.1.

Fun fact: KLYY is the top station overall in the Riverside-San Bernardino market. Shows you how much revenue is in that market to blow up the #1 station. LOL.

KLYY long ago exercised the then-Arbitron option to be considered "home" to the LA market, and "below the line" in the Riverside / San Berdoo market.
