term,Group ... in TV spectrum auction, channel sharing

I see the term "group" in the TV spectrum auction ,for example in Chicago WTTW is going to be the sharing host for WYYC in Group 91 or in another area ... in Washington,DC for example ,a sharing host is in Group 85.
What does the term "group" mean ?

In a nutshell, during the repack process stations will need to be moved in Groups as it relates to frequency coordination and potential station overlap. Some of this is due to Canadian frequency coordination too.
